  1. If you look at all 50 states, you'll find all nine regions, tundra, rain forest, ice cap, desert scrub, forest, savanna, continental (glacier), grassland, and highlands. So the continental US has all of A, B. C, and D.

    Canada is only missing is desert scrub . Some might say there is no rain forest in Canada, but Great Bear Rain forest is in British Columbia.
