  1. Good answer (technically not a question).  I always thought there were only 3, as there is no mention of the feat being achieved before Herbert Chapman.


  2. Yes there are only three in English league as on the 17/07/91 it became the premier league so Kenny Dalglish at Blackburn Rovers do not count. All the rest are division one.
