how do you play with four people?

Answer 1

Five cards to each person. Each person throws one card to the crib. When counting after the play, the non-dealing SIDE counts first, then the dealing SIDE including the crib.

U deal five cards each instead of 6, and each person throws one to the crib instead of 2 cards .  Other that that, its normal crib.  Have fun.

You play partners.  Each player gets 5 cards.  One card each in the crib.  Strategy is a bit different.  You have to remember to help your partner when you do the pegging.

Hi,

one way to play is with partners.  the dealer deals out 5 cards to each player then 1 card to the cribbage.  then the person to the dealers left starts out counting.  then when it is time to count the hand the 2 teams add to eachothers color.  you would play with 2 slots on the cribbage board. the person to the dealers left counts their hand first and the person to their left, and so on.  if their is a go then you have 1 chance to play a card if you are able to and get the go then if not it goes to the left for the next person and so on.

another way is on a 4 color cribbage board which can be hard to find, anyway it is fun also and just like 4 player partner cribbage except everyone gets their own color and no partners.
