Four runners to take part in London Irish Conditions Stakes
Only four runners have been attracted towards the London Irish Conditions Stakes at Windsor in England on Monday, May 21, 2012. The winner of the class-2 event will be awarded a cash prize of £7,763.
The going will be good in the 5 furlong 10 yard race, which is scheduled to start at 19:40 GMT. Following entries have been confirmed for the event: Hairy Rocket, Graphic Guest, Just Past Andover and Jontleman.
Out of the above mentioned runners, Hairy Rocket seems to have the best chance of winning, as she is in terrific rhythm at the moment. The bookmakers have given her excellent odds for the race, as they believe she will completely dominate proceedings at
Windsor. She is also likely to attract the maximum bets from the punters today.
The two-year-old filly has got limited experience, as he has taken part in just one race until now. However, her performance was excellent in it, which impressed one and all. Despite not being the favourite, she managed to win comfortably by five lengths.
The Richard Hannon’s trainee got off to a terrific start and was in the lead pretty early. She seemed to slow down a little halfway through, but was quick enough to stay ahead of the rest of the pack.
This performance suggests that Hairy Rocket will once again be dominant, as the shorter distance to cover will work in her favour. However, she will have to be at her best in order to take the top spot at Windsor.
Today’s favourite runner will be partnered by veteran jockey, Richard Hughes, who has got a terrific record at this level. He wins races with consistency, thus the punters will have a lot of faith in his skills.
On the other hand, Graphic Guest might also manage to attract a few bets in her favour, as she has got a decent record in the couple of events she has taken part in. She managed to finish third in her first ever outing, which was quite impressive.
However, the two-year-old filly was even more impressive in her second outing, as she took the top spot in it. She is carrying an excellent momentum right now, which might see her win another race.
