  1. It's actually what ever works best for you and which way you can come out of the turn the smoothest and quickest.Develop your own style and stick with it.

  2. there is no CORRECT way to exit corners, but it all depends on what you want to do. every rider's technique differs, and some are the same....

if you dont want to feather the clutch more, and drive harder out of the corner, try adding a tooth or two to the rear sprocket......This will help you drive harder out of the exit of the turn, and not waste time with feathering the clutch...

This will save you tenths of a second per lap, but those add up over the entire moto.....

  3. These are all correct answers above me.... Sounds like to me you just about found your groove. Your doing great.

  4. That would depend on your "feel" of the bike and what it is doing compared to your inputs.  Proper gear selection is important but if you "feel" the tire slipping in a way you don't want braking takes a lot of momentum away.   I would think a combination of feathering the clutch to keep your rps in check and modulating your grip and rpms and what your bike is doing I think with your practice you will develop what works best for you and I think it would be a combination of all the above.  Have a stop watch, track without anybody else on it and figure it out yourself.  That is the best way.  Happy riding and may the seat be always under your but where it should be and your head above your but at all times.

  5. My daughter was coached sit up on the tank and get her inside foot off the peg and out forward as much as possible. and on low speed deeply rutted corners slip the clutch. on higher speed corners to leave the clutch out and rev up thru the corner. that said I still think she just does what feels natural to her. she does pretty well so I dont worry as much about the clutch as I do body position.

  6. they are both right but do the one that u fell the safest and u no that ur the best at

  7. Both of those ways are incorrect, full out to push through.

  8. The 150R has pretty good torque so you shouldn't have to use the clutch all that much coming out of a corner. If you are then rethink your gear selection entering the corner. You want to stay on the gas and off of the clutch and brake as much as possible in the turn. When you exit the turn only use the clutch if your rpm's drop too much. As your corner speed gets better you should have to use the clutch even less since you will carry more momentum through the turn and the rpm's will drop less. As mentioned in the above post, remember to get way forward on the seat as you enter the corner, but don't lean your body forward too much as it will cause the front end to push. I love to see a girl racing MX...keep at it!!!
