Four years of college, going on four more. worth it?

my credit are choppy. some good some bad. retakes. breaks. full loads. one class. all over maybe for something i cant even get into. dental school. so competitive. i want it but ive been trying for years. go for it or consider something else?

Dental school is SO competitive, I would really think about trying to spend more time trying to get in.  There are so many other careers in the healthcare industry, including dental hygienist (which in the right office can be much more), medical technologist (sonographers, nuclear imaging, etc.) and therapists (repiratory is in very short supply for instance).  Speech pathology might interest you as it includes misshapen mouths in some cases.
