I think they're saying that Obama has a Muslim heritage. I once read in Newsweek (when everyone was raving over him) that his father was Muslim. And I don't think it's being used as an insult, unless it's done by extremely ignorant people.

Some people percieve being Muslim as an insult because they are ignorant and do not want a Muslim to be president because of the ties to the Middle East.

It is also an "insult" to be Muslim if running for president because whether we like it or not, we are primarily a christian nation.

Fox thinks the truth is boring because they love sensationalism, and are so close-minded that since Obama's father was a self-proclaimed Athiest, but was raised muslim, Obama must be a terrorist.
