Foxconn 945G7MD will not start every time switch...

Question

Some time the computer start, and other time it will not start at all. After taking the CPU out and back again, some time start. I have changed every thing in the box and even started the board out side the box. It sems to me that the there is a contact problem between the CPU ( Intel P4 2.3 Ghz 775 Sockt). Has any one had the same problems? Thanks
