Foxtel IQ Recorded things not working after moving - is this fixable?

We have Foxtel IQ and I recorded a lot of movies, episodes of my favourite shows etc. Then we moved in with a person who also has Foxtel but I wanted my Foxtel box in my room. So we had to merge accounts because there can't be 2 accounts for Fox in one household or something... When the Foxtel man came to make the plugs and connect it, he swapped the cards in the box and all the things in "Planner" (the recorded shows) were there, but when I press play it says "You cannot play back this content because you were nit authorised at the time of the recording" So my shows don't play :( Is it possible to somehow fix this please?? (Because I don't want to lose all my shows)
