From 16 years of age I have been in work, then armed forces and then Police, c 33 years of paying tax / nat insurance so and so forth keeping other Scr..ts in positions of being able to claim for doing-diddly squat in life. I have never claimed any benefits etc in my life. My issue with more money for medals rather than helping people in plight and who have paid their way in life up front / on time / in full and now in dire situations still stands. I am sad you have a flippant attitude to such people who are many fold. Think on, this could be you !

life's hard the government isn't here to do everything for you, although you are right about toomany people who are depend on the government and would probably let the gov. employ someone to wipe there ar4e for them.
