In one of the articles pointed to in the 'FAQ', we find the following recommendation for prep in a FrPr. - water off boil for 1 min. - pour into carafe and stir for 1:30 - strainer in place, push down a bit, hold for :30 - strainer down and pour.Elsewhere we see - - water off boil to cool to optimum temp - pour into carafe - strain and pour after 3-4:00Any opinions one way or the other? - Mike
