Frames & special effects on Photos in Photoshop?

Question

I'm trying to create swirly special effects on edges in photos. I know i can do it with brushes and filters, but I'd like to know if there are free photoshop plugins that have a variety of those kind of shapes.

I hope you know what I mean. Thanks for your help.

if you click on your brush,eraser,clone stamp and go up to the tool box across the top where it shows you what you are using, click on it,( ex. Brush: 49 there is a little drop down arrow) it's gona show you the different brushes you have selected, there is another arrow over to the right in a small circle click it it's gona give you a drop down menu at the bottom of the list is gona list all the other brushes you have but are not showing go thru them you are bound to have something that will make the task easier.

when you click on a set like special effects brushes it will ask ' ok, cancel, or append'  choose append to add it to the brushes you already have showing

you can do this with a few tools so check it out
