  1. No, somebody has to teach those pussie$ how to fight.

  2. It makes me very sad! A Professor of mine just me down just because of where I was from!

  3. I really don't understand why they don't just eject the entire lot of them...into the ocean...from a cannon.

  4. Europe faces a difficult problem that stems, to at least a degree, from the way the nation states of the Old world define themselves.

Without denying that there are ethnic, racial and religious conflicts, in the New World states, that fact is that they are defined purely by territory and not by ethnicity. There is no American ethnicity per se and while people may refer to themselves as African Americans, Irish Americans, or whatever, no one group can lay claim to being THE American ethnicity.

Put the major states of the Old world developed by defining themselves on the basis of ethnicity. The European nation state is an expression of ethnic identity.

Being "French" or "German" is more than learning to speak the language or even adopting local customs but a matter of demonstrating a long standing generational connection to the country. [I have heard people argue that newly elected French President Sarkozy is "not French" because he is of Hungarian descent.]

Even after centuries of amalgamation, ethnic minorities within Old World countries can still be seen to agitate for their own states. Consider that even in minuscule little Belgium, ethnic Flemings and Walloons have substantial movements to divide their already tiny country between them.

With the post World War II influx of primarily Muslim Arab, Berber, and sub-Saharan African immigrants, the question of what makes one French or English or German has become particularly tendentious. This is especially troublesome in light of the refusal of a substantial number of these immigrants to adopt European customs and patterns of behavior.

France, along with every other Western European nation must now decide if they can survive as modern secular and democratic states with 10% or more of their populations consisting of sullen, violent, religious primitives whose social mores are those of medieval tribesmen and whose notions of governance deny every principle of liberal democracy.

The French should be not merely sad but frightened.

  5. woah, you better look at your problems before talking about others. i dont think the US is such a great place to live. most of the rioters were french, yes maybe 3rd or 4th generations of immigrants but it doesnt make them less french than you calling yourself american (you are only immigrants on the american indians land)

the police made a mistake by using unnecesary force to arrest two FRENCH youth that were riding an illegal dirt bike on the road. the youths had right and their rights were violated. unfortunately after the riots of 2005, none of the promisses that the governemt came up with were met so the street is the only place where the youths of today can make themselves heard.

it would be like you guys saying that only blacks and mexicans are doing crimes in the US, we all know thats not the case.

wanna talk about ****** up places? look at the crazy people in the US who are going on killing spree in school, its becoming a fashion statement in your country. i can imagine what you guys would have said if it was a mexican or black who would have done it!!!!!

    bloody hypocrites.

  6. Poverty sucks doesn't it.  Maybe we could dump them some where else, like the moon!
