What are France's policies and actions to fight global warming? i have been researching for a while, and cannot find much info. if you have any informative sites, it would be very helpful, thank you!

France plans to fight global warming by nuking a bunch of atolls in the Pacific Ocean.  It is a well known fact that bleached coral produces CO2.  A few well placed nuclear weapons should eliminate this hazard.
