Please, my family's French village is called "Par Saacy Sur Marne".

Does the name mean my village is near another village/town called "Saacy Sur Marne"?

'Sacy sur Marne' is a village not far of my birth place

'Par' before the name of a village means it is an isolated house or group of house attached to the post office of the village

Sur Marne, usually means it's near the river Marne, or that the river Marne runs through the town...
