What kind of information do you need, names of hotels and parks or rules about hotels and parks? I assume you mean national parks? click on this and then click on the  names under the column 'site web', you will  reach the parks' own sites. Look around, there's always a little flag or the word 'english' for the translation of the site into English. You might have to look closely.

For the hotel, any hotel booking site for booking rooms in France will give you hotel names.
