While talking to media, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Olympique-de-Marseille-c40127 striker, Loic Remy, revealed that he might be available for his team’s UEFA Champions League game against Italian Serie A side Inter Milan at the San Siro
The absence of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 international, Loic Remy, could prove to be very expensive to Olympique de Marseille in the final weeks of the campaign. The absence of the French striker clearly shows that Les Phoceens do need to have atleast one big striker who can
take the pressure off Loic Remy.
Though Brazil striker, Brandao, has done well since returning from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858, the former Shakhtar Donetsk man is not a permanent solution.
However, Marseille fans were given some good news on the Canal Football Club. Loic Remy appeared on that show and assured fans that they should be expecting his return relatively soon.
Remy says that he is looking to return to practise in a week and admits that he is itching to once again come back. The striker also revealed that he will be ready when Olympique de Marseille travel to San Siro to face Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League
second-leg game.
Les Phoceens are currently leading the tie 1-0 on aggregate but anything can happen at the San Siro where Inter will feel confident about their chances despite finding it extremely hard to return to winning ways.
“I hope to be back by a good week, the team needs everyone, I cannot wait to return. I will be there against Inter, they (physicians) are doing everything for me to be fit for the return match which will be very important. There are a lot of days, we still
believe and anything can happen,” says the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Olympique-Lyonnais-c40130 striker.
Loic Remy’s return to injury would certainly be great news for Marseille coach Didier Deschamps. The absence of the mercurial striker has definitely created a big void in the squad and his swift return will make Marseille a daunting task for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan
when the two sides play in the San Siro.
Furthermore, Remy’s injury could be a blessing in disguise as he will make his comeback after getting some well-deserved time-off from football.
