  1. Look up for Richard Clayderman, he is our most popular pianist, both in France and in the world. Here are some of his music :

The first one is called ' Lady Di' which was written to dedicate to Princess Diana, the second one is ' Murmur', and the last one is called ' Letter to my mother'.

  2. Edith piaf

    Yvette horner

    Yves Montand

    Frehel

and why not Renaud with songs like pierrot (last link, try it please)

I think that you will love mon amant de saint jean

  3. La vie en rose.  By Edith Piaf.  That's what you almost always here in American Movies when they want to set the atmosphere as Paris.  And it's played on not an accordian but a I believe is called a concertina.  (not sure about the name, though).

  4. Look up some artists honey.

    Edith Piaf

    Yves Montand

    Charles Trenet

    Georges Brassons

    Josephine Baker

    Maurice Chevalier

There is a group that plays just instrumentals.  They are called the baguette quartet.

    Good luck!
