The French are facing a midfield crisis ahead of their opening match against England in Donetsk. According to reports, first choice midfielder, Yann M’Vila has very less chances of making a quick recovery. His fellow midfielders http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.
The players have endured a long and tiring domestic season that has raised fears of further injuries. This has forced Coach Laurent Blanc and his medical team to initiate a program of cold treatment to speedup the recovery process.
Laurent Blanc has hoped that the chamber will aid Matuidi and Diarra and they will be available for Les Bleus crunch match against England. Chamber helps the recovering process by putting players in temperatures as low as minus 120 degrees.
France doctor Fabrice Bryand explained the process of putting players in cryotherapy chamber.
“Players spend three minutes in the chamber to help them sleep. After all the matches they played this season, we are dealing with tired players.”
Discarding the chances of M’Villa, Fabrice Bryand said that the England game has come too early for the Rennais midfielder.
“His progress is good but we do not want to aggravate the injury. We are not optimistic about him for the England game. We will increase his workload and see if his ankle swells again or if he suffers any ill-effects. We will pay close attention to the player’s recovery.”
Absence of Yaan M’Vila will be a major boost for English team who are also suffering from injury crisis of their own.  However, France’s worries have lessened by the news that M’Villa’s understudies are recovering well and will be available for Les Bleus opening game.
Another player who gave an injury scare to Laurent Blanc is Philippe Mexes who has been severely affected by a knee ligament injury which forced the AC Milan star to miss half of the season last year. However, team doctor Fabrice Bryand is hopeful over the defender’s situation and is hoping that the injury will not affect the player in Euros.
