The former Reggina centre-back is over the moon following his transfer to the Rossoneri and went on to state that his aspirations at the club hold no bounds.

The former Genoa defender was talking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, and in his interview he reiterated his motivation behind joining the Giuseppe Meazza outfit. The defender made a big impression on the Milan board following his
impressive performances for Chievo.  
The Dresano born stopper is in awe at being in Milan and has confessed that he is amazed at the opportunity in his hands and stated his ambition with the club, remarking:
“To be here is fascinating. I’m at a great club, I’m a fan of this team and I don’t want to be a flash in the pan - I want to be here for 10 years, not just one season.”
The defender went on to give his view on his stronger points and remarked:
“My characteristics? I like to push forward, to give a hand to the midfielders and attackers. The important thing is to return quickly in defence if the team loses the ball.”
The defender went on to comment that he was hopeful of winning many championships with the San Siro outfit, and is desperate to show his potential to the Milan faithful.
Milan would be looking to sign a top class defender after the recent sale of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029. Besides a defender they would also be looking towards adding a tall attacker in their
line up. Speculation has linked Andy Carrol with a loan move from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez coming to Milan following his troubles at Manchester City.
