Francis Coquelin believes Arsenal learnt from their defeat to Manchester City
Arsenal midfielder and France Under 21 international, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Francis-Coquelin-c13952 has gone on to state that despite losing out to Manchester City in the Carling Cup, the team has actually managed to learn a lot from their game against the rampant side.
Despite their massive status, City only managed to beat Arsenal by one goal in the game, which came via http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero, the Argentine goal scoring machine. However, some might argue the result doesn’t do justice to the game, which saw the duo of Coquelin
and Emmanuel Frimpong dominate the midfield and really take the game to City.
Coquelin made his first appearance for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 against Manchester United, in a game which the team went on to lose by eight goals to two. The game despite being a massive defeat for the team, really went on to highlight some of the aspect of the player.
With the Frenchman now showing the extent of his abilities against City, it has now been assured that Arsenal have another world class midfielder in the making, who is going to blossom sooner rather than later.
When talking about the game, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 Under 21 international is quoted to have said: "It was a really good effort, I thought we did really well"
"Manchester City played a strong side and it was a hard game but we did well and we're disappointed to lose. In the first half we did well and we had a strong second half.

"We will take the positives from tonight when we look back at it. We have learned a lot. When you play in front of this crowd there is always something for us to learn."
During the game, the young Gunners really managed to show just what they are capable of. Despite the City squad boasting a number of world class players, the North London club managed to dominate the game for the majority of the time that it was played and
only lost out to City via a lucky break in the dying stages of the game.
Nonetheless, if Arsenal keep playing this way, they are bound to bag a trophy or two by the end of the season.
