Question:

Francis Francis Machine blows hole in pod

Hi, I have had my machine less than 12 months and it now blows a whole straight through the coffee pod.Do you know what this could mean. Can I fix it myself.I bought it new on ebay, but cannot find the original vendors contact details to try and chase the warranty!
