Francis! Francis! X1 problems

Question

We bought a Francis! Francis! 6-7 years ago and have never had a problem with it. Now, however we are thinking the pump may be going bad and don't know what to do. The pump definitely seems to be louder and when using a double portafilter, one side pours while the other side only drips. Also, it is not warming up as quickly. Today the pump light was blinking intermittenly and I couldn't get the temp. above 90 degrees.
