Francis Francis alarm keeps triggering

Question

HiWe recently bought a new machine and the alarm triangle keeps triggering. We simply turn it on sometimes, it lights up to the cup logo and then the alarm goes off. We tried letting the steam out completly and this helps, but I imagine that this cannot be good on a new machine.Can you help?
