Francis Scott Key High School coach injured in car accident – Volleyball news
A tragic incident took place with one of the top volleyball coaches of the nation’s high schools. The coach who has been injured belongs to the Francis Scott Key High School. The injury came to the coach in a car crash.
The injured, Timothy Patrick Walsh is currently in the hospital at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was flown off to once the authorities found out about the crash and could come to the rescue.
The accident took place near the point of intersection of the Uniontown Road and Royer. Walsh was driving himself in the early parts of the morning when his car was hit by a dump truck. The accident got even more horrific as the collision that took place
between his car and the truck was almost head on.
Furthermore, Walsh’s car was also small in comparison with the truck that it was hit by. Walsh was driving a Nissan Altima. As a result, Walsh suffered serious injuries and his condition was not improving until much later in the afternoon. The truck under
question that hit Walsh’s car is under the ownership of D.D. Freed.
This information was brought to light after the police authorities’ of Westminster made their investigations following the brutal hit. Not only that, the authorities have been able to find much more on the truck. The name of the driver of the truck is Gregory
Howard. The driver, who is 49 years of age, was in line with two other trucks that he was following when suddenly he made a left on the road. As a result, Walsh’s car was hit by the unexpected oncoming truck.
According to the story of the driver, he was not expecting the car of Walsh to be on the road. Gregory made a poor judgement call the effects of which are serious physical damage to Walsh.
Walsh’s peers and students are extremely stricken with the news of the accident and all have words of praise for the injured coach.
