Hello, I am having a problem with my new Espressomachine X1 by FrancisFrancis. When used with normal lose ground Espresso, there is no crema. When used with those little filter bags (E.S.E. servings), water will run out of the side of the filter-holder. Are those unpleasent things defects ? Should I buy different coffee, maybe ? Thanks for any suggestions.
