The Bayern Munich winger has expressed his delight after his side made it to the final of the UEFA Champions League at Real Madrid’s expense.

of their last-four tie ended 2-1 in Madrid’s favour but 3-3 on aggregate.
The Frenchman mused that his side played extremely well despite going two goals down inside the first 15 minutes. He thought that the first two goals from Madrid pushed Bayern into attack mode which later proved to be decisive.

and there was much of a self belief amongst the players who tried desperately harder to finish the game in the normal time.
