Frank Mir Is technically the best in the UFC???

He's pretty technical, not sure I'd call him the best.  Seems like whenever someone is trying to use him as a stepping stone for their career he seems to shine brightest ala Brock Lesnar and the Tank Abbott comeback.

Also, Arlovski just doesn't seem to have it lately, he doesn't pull the trigger the same way he did before Tim Sylvia beat him.

Technical in what?   If you are talking  Jui Jitsu then it's Werdum followed by Noguiera.

Do you not know Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira?  He is by far the most technical HW. Mir doesn't come close and doesn't deserve a title shot. And arlovski is not even in the UFC anymore.

are you guys high? don't get me wrong i like frank alot but to be technically the best surly you gotta have better stand up than a twice aweek hobbie based thai boxer and his cardio has alwaysd sucked his bjj is great never mind his weight maybe the best in the ufc to be that big and move that well is amazing now if he was that great in stand up and cardio and minus the bike smash he would never of lost being champ ecept maybe to arlovski who is a much more technical fighter all round
