Question:

Frankie Boyle: Opinions?

Nothing he has said has ever bothered me. Ever. Even when i know its wrong, and he's gone too far, i've always laughed, and it's never eally mattered. The fact that he goes too far is part of the humour, for me.

Until last nights edition of Mock the Week. What he said about Richard hammond's car crash went too far. it was something like "if a car is travelling at speeds of 300mph, and the average lap time is 20 seconds, how long will Richard hammond be wearing nappies?". it's not the worst of things he's said , and i'll get over it, but i really wish i hadn't laughed. That accident was terrible, i remember watching it and crying. Because Richard Hammond is brilliant (just wanted to add that bit...).

so, your opinions on Frankie boyle, please...

=] thanks

  1. Hi!

I've always thought Frankie Boyle was one of the funniest comedians on Mock the Week, he always has impeccable timing and delivery. I usually laugh at everything he says, although I do see the point you're making. Sometimes he says things and the people I'm watching it with say "Oh my God, how can he SAY that?"

For me, I still think he's a great comedian. With all the Political Correctness about nowadays, he's not afraid to push the boundaries instead of playing it too safe like so many comedians do.

:-) good question, Frankie Boyle is great, along with Hugh Dennis and Dara O'Briain, best people on Mock the Week!
