Fraternity hazing reporting?

My boyfriend just joined a fraternity, and they've began hazing them. They've done things like under age alcohol consumption, sleep deprivation, calisthenics, sexual embarrassment, and have an imbalance between work duties of pledges and initiated members. And yes, it is illegal in my state. Is there a help hot line or email he can contact?

Tell him to call the regional director and/or the national office. Hazing is illegal no matter what state he's in. I'm not sure if this applies to Pan-Hellenic Sororities and Fraternities, but the chapter could be put on suspension or expelled, the pledges and members of the chapter could face jail time, court fees, etc. if caught.
