Freaking out about the test to get my permit in texas!!!?

ok so i need to start studying for my permit but OMG i haven't even started and i'm freaking out already cause the guide gives so much info and i don't know if i can remember it all. any tips or advice on what to pay attention more than other things?...or just any advice really! i don't know anything about driving!

What permit? Driving?

Well, for my learners permit test it was only about 20 questions. I live in Maryland, though, so it could be 100% different for you. Just know general terms (like what "yield" means), who would have "right of way" when looking at certain diagrams (just use common sense), and then some questions are even MORE stupid ("How do you identify a blind pedestrian?"). Another big question they ask is what your blood/alcohol level has to be in order to not be able to drive. Know a lot about the drinking and driving laws! Also know general dates (ex, in maryland, you have to hold your learners permit for 6 months before applying for your provisional license). If you already took drivers ed then just remember things you learned in that class. Good luck!

Just take your time, relax, and breath. You'll be surprised at how much you already know just from being in the car everyday with other people. Remember YIELD means slow down and STOP if you can not safely merge into the lane.
