Freaking wireless router, need some help before I die !!! T_T?

I'm busting my @ss out for this thing

its a Wireless wbr1310 D-Link Router and I'm first trying to hook it up to my Laptop and then my other computer, everything goes fine until it says my firmware is outdated and i downloads it an I don't know where to put it, it would really help if someone would come with the answer to my prayers, it 3:30 here in S.cali and I could use some sleep, so what do ya say??? pls???

just go to your friends house or internet cafe download this device driver again Wireless wbr1310 D-Link Router into your usb and install into your pc!

Open your routers config page. There should be an option called 'Update Firmware', or something similar. Click that and point it towards the firmware file you downloaded. Do not touch anything during the update!

RTFM.  It explains it all quite plainly.  It's on the CD that came with the router.
