Freddie Roach: I think that Manny will beat Tim Bradley pretty easily – Boxing News
Hall of Famer trainer Freddie Roach believes his fighter Manny Pacquiao will take down the unbeaten American Timothy Bradley easily. Freddie Roach thinks that Pacquiao is ready to take on the unbeaten and that the Filipino will knock Bradley out.
Freddie Roach, who has been in a war of words with Bradley for quite some time now, believes Manny Pacquiao is the best fighter in the industry and Bradley is not a worry for him. He said, “I think that Manny will beat Tim Bradley pretty easily. Bradley
got mad when I said that he's no better than Ricky Hatton, but he's never impressed me. I'm really not worried. It doesn't matter what Bradley does. Whether he's coming forward or moving backward, he can't beat Manny Pacquiao. I'm not going to predict a knockout
round. He's a tough, durable guy. He gets in very good shape, but I don't think that it's going to go the distance. We'll get him before it's over.”
Freddie Roach insisted that Manny Pacquiao would knock out Timothy Bradley on June 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. This is not the first time Roach has predicted a knockout for Bradley. In fact, right from the beginning both the fighters signed the contract,
Roach has been predicting a knockout for the unbeaten American.
For now, Manny Pacquiao is training at Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles. Pacquiao finished his 4-week sparring session in Baguio City last month and moved to LA few weeks back. However, his stay in Los Angeles has not been as exciting as most
people thought. His recent comments regarding President Obama’s support for same-s*x marriages has stirred anger and hate towards him.
Manny will be defending his title against Bradley, but at the same time he will be defending his pride as well. Now, since he has taken up a fight with the g*y community as well, he will have to face a crowd that will pressurize him. The Filipino champion
needs to bring up his brand in the USA now if he wants to be the crowd favourite.
