Frederick, MD--good sushi spot?

Does anyone local know a good sushi spot--I'm new to the area.

Get into DC, Spices on Connecticut is amazing.  Best value for your buck!  They also have half off of drinks from 5 to 7 Sunday through Thursday.

Miyako on route 40 in Frederick is fairly good Steak House sushi- and as typical with steak houses- expensive. The closest and best sushi place is going to be Niwana Hana in Rockville. One of the best in the DC area. try the Salmango Roll- a favorite.

There is a great one in Germantown, exit 13, it is called Yuraku Japanese Restaurant. Good price, fresh fishes :)  Very busy, go early or late. Weekend buffet... or sit at sushi bar.
