The Colombian international has given advice to his club colleagues to draw inspiration from the reigning Serie A Champions to guide them towards more silverware.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan are in a state of transition, as they look to revamp an aging squad with younger and more energetic players. Inter Milan had the highest average age in all of the Serie A, with their squad remaining the same over the
past four years.
This statistic proved to be the difference in the middle of the season, when Inter Milan slumped to their worst streak of results in their history. That streak of results was the end of Claudio Ranieri, who managed to secure a
solitary win in his last ten matches, with the victory coming against Chievo Verona. The squad and the players lacked the energy to get themselves out of their misery, and it had to take a new manager to instil faith in the team.
Inter Milan have been gradually parting ways with their more experienced players; and the exodus has seen http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lucio-c22597 having moved to the Serie A Champions, Juventus. Inter

In comparison, Juventus have a good mix between experience and youth, which was paramount to their success and consistency of last season. The team still looked fresh and energetic at the tail end of the season, when all the other
teams started tiring.
Internazionale midfielder, Fredy Guarin, feels that the club needs to instil the same kind of passion and work ethic that is prevalent at the Turin outfit, if they are to win silverware in the coming campaign. the midfielder was
talking to the Gazzetta dello Sport, and during his interview, he went on to state:
"Juventus showed a certain determination and motivation last year. You could see that they had no intention to give up on their objectives. If Inter can show the same passion this year, we can achieve some great things."
Guarin rallied his team and went on to state that even though AC Milan and the Bianconeri remain the favourites for the Scudetto, Inter Milan can challenge them too, and remarked:
"Juventus and AC Milan remain the teams to beat, but we are among the title favourites, too. It will be hard, but we have what it takes to return to the top. Last year was a bit of a strange season. We're back with a clear philosophy,
though, under [Andrea] Stramaccioni."
Guarin made his way into the Nerazzurri outfit in the winter transfer window on a loan, and his loan move was made permanent two months ago.
