Free Counseling/Therapy in Phoenix AZ?

I am looking to find very very cheap if not free counseling in Phoenix AZ. I know some one who has had a very rough past and who now has a drinking problem. This person needs to quit drinking but also needs some therapy, a professional to talk to. Money is a major issue, as there is none. If anyone knows of any free counseling or therapy, please let me know!!

If the person has low income, he/she could qualify for government support.  Your local Social Security Administration could help the person take the steps needed to see if he/she qualifies.

Once the person qualifies, therapy and medication costs are very low.
