Freedom of speech and freedom of thought.

No country in the world allows for complete freedom of speech and thought.  I don't believe in complete freedom of speech, but I do believe in complete freedom of thought.  There are responsibilities for what you say or do.  

In the USA it is a crime to yell out "fire, fire, fire, etc.." in an enclosed area when there isn't one.  You can't have speeches where you incite, encourage, and tell people to kill.

I don't know who this person is, but to have "Freedom of speech and freedom of thought" as your reasoning is not good enough.
