Question

I still don't understand it, Prevention is better than cure and the government is handing Americans guns like handing an ice cream to a baby.

By giving the public guns, Danger becomes an inevitable element and murders could be easily let off...

I love America, its a beautiful country in many aspects but lives will be seeming so worthless if guns are everywhere...

Guns have always been everywhere in America. It is our right to own them. The United States is no more dangerous than anywhere else in the world. At least we are not limited to how we can defend ourselves like in some countries. If someone breaks into your house to kill you in the night you can blow their head off in self-defense. That is your right. Makes us safer actually, unless you are a criminal.

Also guns are not being handed out like ice cream. Where did you hear this? It cost over $200 for a decent rifle or shotgun and over $400 for a decent handgun. You have to buy them from a licensed gun dealer who will conduct a background check on you first, even at gun shows.

I agree completely, America is ******* stupid in terms of their policies on firearms, let&#039;s just pray that someone with a brain gets to a position with some power and changes the gun laws so stupid people can&#039;t shoot stuff that scares them........

wow, I always thought you had to pay for those babies...didn&#039;t know the gov was giving them away for free like you say.  That means I can pick up my free gun when I pick up my welfare check , my free cheese and milk, my  foodstamps, and everything else I get for free but didnt earn.  This is a cool program!  Does the government decide what brand of gun you get, or do you have a selection to choose from?  Are the bullets free?
