Free MP3 Sites, and/or Help with Limewire?

Question

I've been searching the internet for free songs for my iPod. I like Limewire (I put songs on my itunes account on what says "M's limewire tunes") but after that I don't know how to sync it to my iPod (my other songs that i bought from the itunes store go on it only).

Please tell me some free music sites, or if you could, I would definitely appreciate if you could tell me how to put my limewire tunes onto my iPod.

drag all your music into the Itunes Library, plug in your ipod, click sync
