Free NES & Super Nes games for PC?

I have a friend who has all the original Nintendo & Super Nintendo games on his PC. He even has games like punch out and a boy and his blob! Does anyone out there know where I can get these for myself?

Yes, search NES, SNES Emulator in Google. For the games, search the name of the game + ROM.
