Free Online Service for Less Pixelated Logo?

A while back I found this awesome and free online service that would let you upload your logo and then increase the resolution and try to make it more clear. You could then download the final photo. I can't find it anymore does anyone know what the website was? It was REALLY useful but it's been almost a year since I last used it.

It sounds like all the service did was sharpen the file. You can do that with most any online editors, of which there are many.

www.vectormagic.com does something like that (and very good as well). It isn't free anymore (though if you sign up you get free credits) but it doesn't cost much.
