Free Physics Simulators?

Question

Are there any free, downloadable physics simulators that don't suck?

Simulate what? Oh, OK (saw the clip). Real 3-D solids physics simulations using finite elements and scientifically valid elastic-plastic constitutive equations cannot yet operate in real time for games and such. It typically takes hours to days to simulate seconds of a macroscopic body.
