Free Ring tones.. is this okay??

I've never had a cell phone before and I'll be getting one today. I don't have a clue how to get ringtones and all that, but I was looking at this site and really like these ringtones: http://midi.thehylia.com/downloads/nes/super-mario-bros.-3

It says they are free. Should I be worried? How does it work? My parents will be paying so I don't want to get into trouble. Is the site okay to get ringtones from without worrying about anything?
