  3. ventones

its the best and it doesn't need internet. I don't have internet, and its definately the best because they text it straight inside a text message. Its amazing and free

They actually have the first and oldest ringtone maker, anything else if just an imitation.

  4. i had the same problem. I just called at&t up and they gave me the internet on my phone for a little bit for like a dollar everytime u use it. After i got my ring tone i canclled the internet!!

  5. yes most sites require internet plan, although there are some sites wherein you can create your own ringer using online creator tool and save it on your PC which you can transfer on your phone memory card or using cable..

  6. www.ventones.com

is the best FREE site for ringtones.

    1) upload your mp3 file

    2) make your ringtone

    3) no programs to download, no transferring with a cable, they text it to your phone in seconds.

I've been using it for years on my AT&T Nokia. And to answer your question, yes, you do need a data plan for AT&T. Call AT&T and get the cheapest Media Net plan, its like $5 a month.

AT&T is the cheapest as far as internet plans go, it only costs 1 cent a KB.
