Where can I find free ringtones to send to my phone without having to pay any fees or sign up or do the credits thing? Also, I tried to record a song and use it as a ringtone but it has really bad quality and I was wondering if there was someway to change that or not?

  1. Free. Free. Free. Free.  Golly why do so many people want something for nothing.  Just pay the .99 and be happy!

"Free" ring tones often come with download fees from your provider.  That's not free, now is it?  "Free" ringtones sometimes come with a virus or other cell-phone specific mal-ware that can turn your phone into a hacker's slave unit.

Just go to the Verizon Wireless site and pick your ring tones and pay for them like the rest of us.

  5. ventones.com its safe and free

  6. I was actually using myxer.com myself earlier this evening, and I have a Verizon Wireless phone. At this time, you can't use the website to directly send ring tones, so you have to download them and email them to your phone (yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com). For some reason, I've lately been getting notifications that my mail can't be delivered. Hopefully you won't run into this problem!
