We can't let him out yet there are a 1000 terrorist to set free and give them lots of benefits so they can live a nice life while contemplating there next attack, But then again Mr Biggs is a white English man so he does not have any human rights like the other scum.

This old man should be released NOW. He has done his time but because he escaped from prison and spent a long time in Brazil taunting Scotland Yard he is now paying for it. However it is rumoured that he will be released next year and about time too.
