where can i get "FREE" A TV tuner card

these are my laptop specs:

you can watch tv using software like ppl and pp stream and superduper tv also have alook at www.tvcorn.com and www.56.com much safer

You can buy a usb stick that will decode T.V. for your laptop, but forget about cards they are for P.C.'s only.

Also there are programs for streaming  T.V. over the Internet, but honestly there is nothing worth watching on them!

You do realize a tv tuner card is hardware?So.....free is probably going to be hard to find.
