Free Tornado ready to earn second OR second
If we look back at the way Free Tornado performed in Upland Tiger Maiden Trophy of August 26, we shall have every reason to believe that the C. Price trained black dog can easily bring home the glorious title of the Claydon Racing Puppy Trophy that is scheduled
to be held at Coventry racecourse on Sunday night, September 16.
Pursuing the prize cheque worth £200, the two-year-old novice hound will run alongside four mighty rivals after breaking from the blue box. While covering the distance of 485 meters, he will be able to show his sheer stamina perfectly.
Having gone through some gruelling drills, Free Tornado is all ready to trigger tornados in the race. In fact, his charged performance will be amazing to watch.
The young and enthusiastic hound started his career in March 2012. After breaking his maiden in a T2 race, he elegantly won the Bet With The Tote A4 525 Final at Shelbourne Park on July 5.
The talented son of Head Bound out of Knockglass Lady stunned all by winning two consecutive T3 races with mammoth margins in the month of August. In his maiden OR contest named as Ladbrokes August Festival Puppies - Heat 2, he finished 3rd.
The brilliant sprinter superbly bagged his maiden OR triumph on August 26. Following that, he finished 4th and 3rd in the two subsequent races of the same format
Thus, we can expect a thundering performance from Free Tornado. If anyone can challenge him, that will be Holdem Maldini who is awash with confidence following his outstanding 4¼-length victory in the First Emergency Puppy Trophy - Div A, held at Coventry
on August 26.
The C. Weatherall trained black dog moved on to finish as the runner-up in his last outing on September 9----that was the Upton Song Puppy Trophy.
During the month of July, the son of Droopys Maldini out of Move On Lacey nicely bagged a couple of consecutive conquests. Thus, the dog has enough potential to give tough time to his competitors.
The situation shows that a rip-roaring clash is imminent. This is going to be an acid test of Free Tornado’s skills. Good luck to him.
