Free Weather messages ..!?!?

Question

For the past few days there have been suvere tornado watches, I have been out shopping,church,at friend's house...etc and I wish I had a way to know these weather alerts if there is a way to get free weatther forcasts/alerts besides texting your zip to 4cast (tried it) then please tell me

try a NOAA ALL HAZARDS RADIO....they constantly update the forecast for your area and are the first alert for severe weather...and other important information
