Question

Are there any web hosts out there that will let people, first register for the site (so that they have a username and password and login stuff) and next, give the admin the power of posting an event that is going on with details and stuff. If a player would like to join, they simply login (if not already" and click a button or something that lets them register for the event (no money involved) and it will automatically put them on a roster.

The easiest way to do this is to use Joomla, this will give you all the options you need.
